Where has class gone?
I’m not a prude, and I know that the MTV VMAS are fun and edgy and a chance for people to show their ‘wild side’, but what about to taste and class?
If you are what you wear, what do outfits that leave nothing to the imagination say about you as a person? Is it possible that the less you wear the less respect people have for you? Is it possible that the more you show the more people view you as a sideshow?
What you wear is important. It is the image that you present for the world to see. Whether we like it or not, we are judged by others. What do you want people to think when you enter a room?
Let’s do a little experiment. Take a good look at what Miley Cyrus and Nicki Minaj wore to the 2015 MTV VMAS. What is your first thought? What is your impression of them as people? Do you have a high level of respect or a low level of respect for them?
Now think about your wardrobe. Does it represent the true ‘you’? Are you happy with the image you portray? Do you love yourself when you look in the mirror?
